Volume II

The operating systemboutique studios run on.

Luvo is Axvia’s studio product: a full operating system for boutique fitness, not a report layer bolted onto one. Bookings, payments, the member record and everything the studio says to its members — on one system, in Spanish, with an intelligence layer that reads the week and drafts the note you would have written. Composed in Los Cabos.

02 · Symptoms

Sound familiar?

01

I pay in dollars for software that never learned how my members actually pay, and support answers on somebody else’s clock.

02

Half my studio lives in WhatsApp and the other half in a spreadsheet, and neither one talks to the booking system.

03

I find out someone stopped coming when I notice they are not in the room anymore.

03 · Capabilities

Every surface the studio opens each morning.

01

Bookings & Memberships

Class types, recurring templates, rooms and instructors, waitlists that promote themselves, mat-and-spot selection and QR check-in. Plans, packs, day passes and trials that pause and renew on their own.

02

Payments, Locally

Stripe Connect on your own account: cards, SPEI bank transfer, and cash and transfers recorded at the desk like the real payment methods they are. The money lands in your bank. Luvo never holds it.

03

The Studio Inbox

WhatsApp, email, push and in-app chat in one thread per member, visible to the whole team. Reminders, confirmations and win-backs go out without anyone remembering to send them.

04

One Studio, Three Views

Members book and pay from any phone browser, nothing installed. Instructors run the roster and check people in. Owners read the studio from the road. One app, opening as whoever is holding the phone.

05

Reports & Payroll

Revenue, attendance, occupancy, retention and break-even, exportable to CSV. Instructor commissions compute from your own pay rules and arrive ready to review.

06

The Quiet Read

Each night it reads the operation and leaves suggestions in plain language: which hour is worth repeating, who has gone quiet. It drafts the message. A person decides whether it sends.

04 · Transformation

Before and after.

Before Luvo

  • Anglo software, priced in dollars, supported in English
  • Bookings in one tool, payments in another, members in a spreadsheet
  • WhatsApp threads on a personal phone, none of it recorded
  • Members who drift away and are noticed weeks later
  • Commissions and pay periods rebuilt by hand every time

After Luvo

  • A Spanish-first system, supported by the people who built it
  • Bookings, memberships and payments on one ledger
  • A studio inbox the whole team can see
  • A quiet word about who has gone quiet, message already drafted
  • Pay rules that compute the run for you to review

Boutique studios here were sold American software, translated late and priced in dollars, by companies that never met them. Luvo is the opposite bet: Spanish first, SPEI and cash at the desk treated as real payment methods, WhatsApp as a real channel. These studios know every member by name. The software should too.

Now

In production

In the studios

Studios in Mexico run their schedule, their bookings and their member messaging on Luvo today. Members book and pay from any phone browser, with nothing to install.

Next

Awaiting approval

The app and the studio number

The Luvo app is built and submitted, waiting on store approval. The direct WhatsApp Business number is built and waiting on Meta. Until both land, the same product runs in the browser and WhatsApp goes out from the studio’s own phone.

Then

In development

Mercado Pago, gym partners, learned retention

The Mercado Pago rail and Wellhub check-in sync are both built and waiting on the accounts and credentials that switch them on. A retention model trained on each studio’s own attendance is in development. None of the three is available yet, and none is sold as though it were.

07 · Queries

Before you switch.

01What exactly is Luvo, and how does it relate to Axvia?
+

Luvo is an Axvia product with its own brand, its own site and its own pricing at luvo.fit. Axvia composes operating systems, usually for one client at a time; Luvo is the one built as a product from the start, for boutique studios doing pilates, yoga, functional training, cycling and climbing. Same practice, same hands, sold differently.

02Do I have to leave Mindbody or Fitco?
+

Yes, and that is the point: Luvo replaces them rather than sitting on top. A CSV importer carries your members, your payment history and your attendance history across, with mapping presets for Mindbody, Fitco or a plain spreadsheet, a dry run before anything commits and a rollback if it does not look right. Plans and packs you rebuild once, deliberately. Keep the old system running as a backup while you settle in.

03How much does it cost?
+

Three plans, billed monthly, starting at $1,790 MXN for studios in Mexico or $89 USD elsewhere. Thirty days free on any plan, no card. Two things sit outside the plan price: your payment processor charges its own transaction fees, and Luvo takes a small platform fee of half a percent to one percent on each transaction. The current plans always live at luvo.fit.

04What languages and countries does it support?
+

Spanish first, English throughout: every screen ships in both, drafted natively rather than translated late. Billing is supported in Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Chile, Argentina and the United States, with Mexican studios billed in pesos and everyone else in dollars. Anywhere else we look at case by case. Support is bilingual and human.

05How do payments work?
+

Each studio connects its own Stripe account, and charges land directly in it: cards, SPEI bank transfer, plus cash and transfers recorded at the desk. The money never passes through Luvo, which means Luvo is never holding your revenue. Luvo deducts its small platform fee at the moment of the charge, so there is nothing to invoice later.

06Do my members need to download an app?
+

No. They book, pay and manage their plan from any phone browser, and it installs to the home screen for anyone who wants it there. The Luvo app itself — one download that opens as the member, instructor or owner view depending on who signs in — is built and submitted, waiting on store approval.
