Volume III
The operations spine fortourism transport.
Reservations, dispatch, a driver app, the hotel-concierge channel and CFDI invoicing — composed into one Spanish-first surface for the operators who move guests across Los Cabos. Built for the fleet of five to fifty vehicles that has outgrown Excel, WhatsApp and a paper manifest.

Sound familiar?
“My whole operation lives in Excel, WhatsApp and a booking inbox — and none of them talk to each other.”
“Every manifest is built by hand the night before, and one missed flight change becomes a no-show at the terminal.”
“Concierge commissions live in a paper ledger nobody fully trusts, and CFDI invoicing happens in a separate tool, after the fact.”
Every surface the road demands.
01
Reservations & Manifests
Quote, book and assemble dispatch-ready manifests in one surface — bilingual EN/ES, MXN/USD, every channel reconciled.
02
Dispatch & Driver App
Assign vehicles and drivers from the board; an offline-tolerant driver app keeps working through the terminal's dead zones.
03
Flight Tracking
Live ETAs drive pickup timing and meet-and-greet, so the van is waiting when the wheels touch down — not the other way around.
04
Hotel-Concierge Channel
A B2B portal for the concierges who send you business, with commission tracking and reconciliation built in — your unfair advantage.
05
WhatsApp Business
Templated guest and driver comms on WhatsApp as a first-class channel — the way LATAM operators already work, not a bolt-on.
06
CFDI 4.0 & Carta Porte
Compliant Mexican invoicing built into the booking, with timbrado through a certified PAC partner. Compliance is the moat.
Before and after.
Before Compass
- Excel on steroids, WhatsApp and a booking inbox
- Manifests rebuilt by hand every night
- Missed flight changes, no-shows at the terminal
- Concierge commissions in a shadow paper ledger
- CFDI invoicing in a separate tool, after the fact
After Compass
- ✦One Spanish-first operations surface
- ✦Dispatch-ready manifests, generated
- ✦Live flight tracking and meet-and-greet timing
- ✦Concierge commissions tracked and reconciled
- ✦CFDI 4.0 timbrado built into the booking
“
No one owns a vertical, Spanish-first operations platform for tourism ground-transport. Generic tour software has no dispatch; dispatch software has no Mexican tax; invoicing tools have no operations. Compass is built in the gap — and the concierges who are the demand side of this market are who I already know.
Composed in chapters.

Discovery
Ten customer-discovery conversations across Cabo and Cancún. We map the real Excel-and-WhatsApp workflow before a single feature is designed.
Phase 1
Cabo first
Operator MVP
Reservations, driver dispatch, WhatsApp comms and CFDI invoicing. Land the first founding operators in Los Cabos.
Phase 2
Cancún next
Concierge portal
The hotel-concierge B2B portal — the moat — ships, and the Cabo playbook replicates in Cancún.
Before you ask.
01When will Compass be available?+
Compass is in pre-release. We're in discovery with founding operators in Los Cabos now, with a Phase 1 MVP — reservations, dispatch, WhatsApp comms and CFDI — landing first in Cabo, then Cancún.
02Who is it for?+
Mid-market tourism transport operators running roughly 5 to 50 vehicles across airport transfers, excursions and corporate/MICE — today on Excel, WhatsApp and paper manifests.
03Is it really Spanish-first?+
Yes — bilingual EN/ES and MXN/USD at the schema level, with CFDI 4.0 and Carta Porte built in. Compliance and language are designed in, not translated on later.
04What does early access include?+
Founding operators get white-glove onboarding, we import your Excel ourselves, and the first 90 days are free while we compose Compass around your real workflow.
05How will pricing work?+
Per-vehicle tiers, not per-booking: Starter for 1–5 vehicles, Growth for 6–20, Pro for 21–50, with CFDI timbrado and WhatsApp conversations as pass-through add-ons. Founding-operator pricing is held for the waitlist.

Help us compose the first version.
A small number of Los Cabos operators will shape Compass from the ground up. If that's you, leave your details and we'll be in touch before anyone else.
